What Do I Need for Registration?

With registration quickly approaching (Wednesday at 9:00 AM!!), there are lots and lots of questions coming in regarding the details and what’s needed to complete the process.  Here are some things that you will want to know.

1. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  You will not want to wait around until later in the day on Wednesday as the tickets may be gone at that point.  We only have a little over 4,000 total for the all three days, and we anticipate them being reserved before the lunch bell.

2. The registration form is a Google form broken into 3 sections.  The last section is just a checkbox confirmation showing that you understand that the student tickets are $3 each for attendance.

The first section will ask 5 questions regarding the contact person for the registration (Name, Email, Contact Phone, etc.).  Super simple!

The second section has 6 question.  The first 4 include District, Campus, Grade Level, and # of Students Attending.  The final 2 are the most important to have ready to go.  Pick the Day you would like to attend (1st, 2nd, 3rd Option), and Pick the Preferred Time (8:45, 9:30, 10:15, 11:00, 11:45, 1:15, 2:00).    The STEAM Carnival experience lasts roughly 2 hours and 15 minutes based on what time you arrive.  (More below on times)

3. Upon registration, the contact person will be sent a confirmation email that just verifies that the registration was submitted.  This confirmation will be short and simple including a few of the details from the form.  Later that day or during the week, the contact person will receive a request to complete the verification form based on the day, time, and number of students in attendance.  It is critical to make sure that this information is correct because once it is marked verified, it is very unlikely that we will be able to make adjustments.

4. After the trip is verified, an invoice will be sent based on the number of students attending.  (Teachers are FREE)  During registration a PO is NOT required.  Checks can be mailed straight from the district or brought to the event with the teachers.
